Open call: The British Council Fellowships

The British Council and V&A East are launching two new fellowships focusing on Pakistan, Nepal, and Bangladesh. These fellowships will fund creative practitioners to conduct fieldwork research in one of these countries, research with the V&A Collections in London, and produce a new commissioned work for the "South Asia Everywhere" series. Each fellow will receive a total of £25,000, covering research, production costs, artist fees, and collaborator fees. The fellowship aims to explore the global reach of South Asia and its entwined histories with other localities, particularly through material culture and the flow of ideas across borders.
