About
DAS MINSK Kunsthaus in Potsdam is offering a culinary residency program that invites chefs, artists, food designers, and interdisciplinary practitioners to explore the history of the former terrace restaurant or new forms of communal dining. The program seeks proposals that treat cooking as a cultural and artistic practice, engaging with themes such as community, memory, hospitality, nutrition, regional tradition, agricultural science, ecology, and the future of food. The selected resident will develop and present a project as part of the museum’s public program, aiming to open new perspectives on art, food, and social issues. The residency runs from April through July 2027.
