About
Saltonstall offers free, stipend-supported residencies for artists and writers who are residents of New York State. These residencies, ranging from 1 to 4 weeks, provide a quiet and supportive environment for creative focus. All accepted artists and writers receive a $100 weekly stipend, with additional financial support available. One-week sessions are specifically dedicated to artist/writer parents and caregivers, who receive a $500 stipend and childcare support.
